DAY 1: UK - Rome.
Fly to Rome where you will be met and transferred for your hotel for two nights.
DAY 2: Rome.
Enjoy time at leisure to explore this iconic city. Visit the magnificent Colosseum, the ancient Pantheon, make a wish as you drop a coin in the Trevi Fountain and marvel at the architecture of St Peter's Basilica. (B)
DAY 3: Rome - Civitavecchia.
After breakfast, transfer to Civitavecchia and your cruise ship, Azamara Journey, for embarkation. (B)
DAY 4: Livorno (for Florence and Pisa).
Step ashore in Livorno to discover glorious Tuscany. Choose from a range of optional excursions, perhaps heading for Florence, the birthplace of the Renaissance, to admire its sublime Duomo, Piazza della Signoria and Ponte Vecchio, amongst other treasures. DAY 6: San Remo.
Nestled on Italy's enchanting Ligurian coast, San Remo is known as the 'City of Flowers' for its gardens and flower-growing industry and boasts plush boutiques, glamorous hotels and a glittering casino. Stroll through the La Pigna quarter and admire the Art Nouveau casino and other monuments, or travel to nearby Monaco to experience its quaint old district and casino. DAY 7: Cannes.

DAY 9: Formula 1 Grand Prix 2014, Monte Carlo, Monaco.
Experience a fantastic, once-in-a-lifetime chance to enjoy the thrill of the 2014 Monaco Grand Prix. After arriving in the tiny principality this morning, soak up the electric sights and sounds and watch from the grandstand as Formula 1 cars speed and roar around Monaco's streets in what is regarded as the ultimate Formula 1 contest. DAY 10: Barcelona.
Barcelona never fails to excite with its whimsical Gaudi architecture, colourful Las Ramblas, beautiful parks and animated pace.
